Outdoor furniture built by hand for a Democracy festival. Chill-out areas designed and created for young visitors. Direct contact with local festival audiences. And a short, intensive ESC team volunteering placement in Germany during the summer β open to volunteers from Germany, Hungary, and Serbia. Roter Baum Berlin is looking for proactive, creative, and hands-on volunteers to make their Democracy festival an unforgettable experience for young people.
π’ About the Project
Roter Baum is a Berlin-based organisation working with youth centres and cultural events. This ESC team volunteering placement focuses on two interconnected tasks: creating outdoor furniture that will be used during the Democracy festival and later reused by youth centres, and designing and delivering activities for young people visiting the festival’s chill-out areas.
