OFoundation is a registered Erasmus+ company based in the Netherlands, operating in the online business and e-commerce space with a focus on Amazon marketplaces. As a startup, the HR intern plays a genuinely important role in expanding the team and shaping the company’s growth.

📋 Your Responsibilities

📋 Post and update job offers across platforms

📩 Respond to applicants and manage incoming applications

🎤 Conduct short interviews with candidates

🔍 Screen resumes and motivation letters

📅 Plan and manage interview processes

📄 Manage required paperwork and contracts

🤝 Communicate and coordinate onboarding with new hires

🎓 Help onboard new colleagues into the team

✅ Your Profile

✍️ Professional, clear, and accurate writing skills in English (C1)

💡 Ability to take initiative — creative and communicative personality

🗂️ Good organisational skills and results-driven approach

📚 Enthusiastic to learn, improve, and develop personally

🚀 Passion for online businesses and startups

🤝 Committed, responsible, and personable

🗣️ Dutch, German, French, or Chinese is an advantage
