Hírös Agóra Cultural & Youth Center is looking for 5 motivated volunteers from the EU 🇪🇺 to participate in a 12-month individual volunteering project focused on cultural activities, youth engagement, and creative education in Hungary!
🎯 What Will You Do?
🌍 Engage in language education using nonformal methods.
🎨 Organize and lead creative activities for young people aged 12-24.
🎭 Facilitate handcraft workshops, theatre clubs, music sessions, and personal development programs for children.
🎉 Assist in organizing cultural events such as Museums’ Night, Summer & Winter Festivals, and Children’s Day.
📚 Help prepare materials, coordinate group games, and support workshops for young people.
📌 Working Hours: Min. 30 – Max. 38 hours/week (Weekends Free)
🏠 Accommodation, Food & Transport
✔️ Accommodation: Volunteers will live in a rental apartment provided by the organization. Rooms may be shared with another volunteer of the same gender or be small individual rooms.
✔️ Food Allowance: 50,000 HUF per month for meals.
✔️ Travel Reimbursement: 1 international return trip covered by the program.
✔️ Pocket Money: €6 per day for personal expenses.
🎓 Training & Support
📌 You will receive:
✔️ On-Arrival & Mid-Term Training: Provided by the Hungarian National Agency 🇭🇺
✔️ Work-Related Training & Mentorship: With youth work tutors.
✔️ Hungarian Language Course: Online language education support.
