π’ About CSI
The Center for Systems Innovation (CSI) is a small, mission-driven team based at Central European University in the heart of Budapest. They work locally and globally to design educational tools, facilitate dialogue, and support meaningful change through systems thinking and sustainable innovation. Their projects span the EU and beyond β including work in Mongolia, Ukraine, the Philippines, India, and Singapore.
π― The Role
This is a part-time Erasmus+ internship running 3β4 days per week, focused on sustainability communications, EU project support, and learning resource development. You won’t be fetching coffee. You’ll be co-creating content, contributing to grant proposals, and communicating with international stakeholders across genuinely complex and important topics.
π What You’ll Do
π Contribute to writing grant proposals and supporting project planning and implementation
π Help design and prepare learning resources for diverse audiences
π± Take part in creating engaging content for social media channels
π€ Communicate and collaborate with a wide range of international stakeholders
β Who Should Apply
π Currently enrolled at Master’s level or a recent graduate eligible for Erasmus+ traineeship
π£οΈ English proficiency at B2 level or higher
π Open-minded and ready to bring energy, curiosity, and a fresh perspective to the team
β»οΈ A strong interest in sustainability, systems thinking, and social innovation
π¬ Good communication and teamwork skills, especially with international stakeholders
π» Basic digital literacy β familiarity with Microsoft Office, Canva, Miro, and social media platforms

π‘ A creative mindset and willingness to contribute ideas to workshops, content, and learning resources
