About the Internship

This role is centered on communication, content creation, and community building within an international student environment. You’ll be actively shaping how events and experiences are presented, shared, and experienced online and offline.

Role Overview

You’ll be responsible for managing communication channels while supporting engagement and visibility of activities.

Content Creation & Communication

📱 Creating original content for social media, website, and newsletters
🎥 Producing videos and photos to increase visibility and reach
🎨 Designing visual materials such as posters, logos, and promotional assets
🧩 Ensuring consistent visual identity across all platforms

Social Media Management

📊 Managing daily activity on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and WhatsApp
📅 Developing and maintaining a content calendar aligned with events
💬 Monitoring interactions and engaging with the community

Event Promotion & Engagement

🎉 Promoting events and boosting participation among Erasmus students
📢 Preparing announcements, invites, and reminders
🤝 Supporting communication strategies across different channels

Partnerships & Outreach

🌐 Identifying potential partners and sponsors
📩 Assisting in outreach and collaboration processes
