In East Belgium, you’ll be working directly with children and young people who need support the most — whether due to disabilities or migration backgrounds. It’s not a background role. You’re part of their daily routine, their learning environment, and in many cases, their sense of stability.

And unlike many other projects, there’s a clear expectation here: communication matters. Your ability to connect, understand, and adapt will define your experience.
