🎯 Main Aim

To support organisations in finding suitable partners working with early teens in similar contexts (rural, socially disadvantaged or comparable environments) and to strengthen the quality of Erasmus+ youth exchanges for this age group.

🔍 Deepening understanding of target groups and youth work realities
📚 Exchange of non-formal education methods tailored to ages 14–16
🇪🇺 Practical approaches to introducing European and Erasmus+ topics to early teens
🏫 Study visit to local youth work initiatives
🛠️ Project lab for developing initial youth exchange ideas

The activity supports long-term cooperation based on shared educational approaches, compatible target groups and aligned organisational values.

💶 Costs

Participation fee: No participation fee required
Accommodation & Food: Full board (accommodation, meals, coffee breaks) covered by organisers
Travel: Reimbursed according to Erasmus+ rules based on real travel costs up to defined limits
Participants must consult travel plans in advance and keep original travel documents
