๐ Project Overview
Training of Trainers on Cooperating Successfully in Teams is a certified Erasmus+ Training Course taking place in Cรขmara de Lobos, Madeira, Portugal. This international training is open only to trainers working in organisations and is aligned with the European Training Strategy (ETS). The course focuses on strengthening trainersโ competences in cooperating successfully within trainer teams, with a strong emphasis on experiential learning, outdoor education, and reflective practice.
The training is organised by the Awero team, Cities of Learning partners, and the International Youth Work Trainers Guild, and represents the 5th modular training dedicated to professional trainer competence development.
