About the Opportunity
🏫 This European Solidarity Corps individual volunteering project is hosted by CRISTEEL at Espace Montessori Nancy in Villers-lès-Nancy, France 🇫🇷.
🌍 The centre includes a micro-daycare, Montessori kindergarten and elementary school, an alternative middle school, and a recreation centre, welcoming around 90 children aged 0–15 in a multicultural and dynamic environment.

What Will You Do?
👧👦 Support preschool children aged 3–6 in Montessori-based classrooms
🎨 Organise and lead creative, cultural, linguistic, or sports workshops for children up to 11
🍽️ Assist with daily routines (meals, naps, transitions, tidying)
🌳 Supervise outdoor activities, school trips, and holiday programmes
🤝 Share your culture, language, and talents within a multicultural team
📚 Participate actively in educational and recreational activities throughout the school year

Training & Learning Experience
🧠 Progressive and personalised training on the Montessori method and educational project
👀 Classroom observation and continuous mentoring support
🤍 Learning caring and non-violent communication approaches
👥 Participation in team meetings and regular follow-ups
🇫🇷 Attendance at On-Arrival and Mid-Term seminars organised by the French National Agency

Who Can Apply?
👤 Aged 18–30
🌱 Motivated to work with young children (3–6 years old)
📘 Interested in education and alternative teaching methods (Montessori)
🤍 Patient, attentive, gentle, and open-minded
🎨 Willing to offer personal workshops (art, sports, nature, etc.)
🌍 Ready to engage in a multilingual and multicultural environment
🗣️ Spanish language skills are preferred
🎓 No prior training required — motivation and willingness to learn are essential
