Intro
A profound, immersive, and transformational Erasmus+ Training Course hosted in Marbella, Spain — designed for youth workers, educators, youth leaders, trainers, and community facilitators who want to deepen their self-awareness, improve emotional skills, and strengthen their capacity to foster peace among young people.
This programme blends inner peace practices, emotional intelligence, creative expression, and intercultural learning to show that global peace begins within each individual.

Description
This intensive Training Course is built on the philosophy that sustainable global peace is only possible through inner peace—a balance created through self-knowledge, emotional harmony, conscious relationships, and creative empowerment.
The programme is experiential, reflective, participatory, and deeply transformative, working with body–mind–spirit integration.

Core Methodological Pillars & Activities
🧘‍♂️ Inner Core Work (Amaranta Method)
Connect with your personal essence, release limiting roles, explore forgiveness, address relational conflicts and collective memories, and use quantum codes for healing.

💞 Emotions & Body Contact
Biodanza, movement-based emotional regulation, body contact activities, and practices that enhance harmony in interpersonal relationships.

🎨 Creative Empowerment
Voice exploration, singing, artistic creation (written & plastic arts), and tools to amplify personal empowerment and spread the message of peace locally and globally.

🎭 Critical Dialogue, NFE & Peace Strategies
Theatre of the Oppressed, debates, conflict analysis, reflective group work, and creation of new collaborative strategies and partnerships for youth peacebuilding.

🌍 Intercultural Learning
Shared living, intercultural evenings, traditional games, group dances, and creating a supportive “tribe” to celebrate diversity and common European values.
