You’ll work in a small, dynamic team where you can learn all sides of hotel operations, from reception to online campaigns. Free shared accommodation and two meals per day are provided, letting you fully enjoy island life while gaining professional experience.

💼 Internship Role Breakdown
You will gain exposure to multiple hotel departments and contribute meaningfully to daily operations:
• 50% Food & Beverage: assisting with breakfast service and basic food preparation
• 25% Hospitality & Marketing: reception, guest relations, online marketing (Instagram, TikTok), managing reviews
• 25% Management & Marketing: supporting internal reports, market research, and personal development projects

✨ What to Expect
This internship offers a real-world hospitality environment, flexible shifts totaling 40 hours/week, and 2 days off weekly. Duration options range from 3 to 9 months, depending on your academic needs and availability.
