As a People & Culture Intern, you will be directly involved in shaping HR processes, supporting recruitment, enhancing team culture, and contributing to a positive employee experience. You’ll work closely with founders, HR professionals, and team leads, gaining hands-on experience across the entire employee lifecycle.

What You Will Do

💼 Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
• Define hiring targets with founders & managers
• Create and optimise job descriptions
• Screen applications, shortlist candidates & conduct first-round interviews
• Manage communication with candidates
• Coordinate interview steps & maintain smooth recruitment flow

📋 People Operations
• Support onboarding & offboarding
• Prepare HR documentation & employee files
• Manage data in Personio (HRIS)
• Ensure compliance with HR policies & internal procedures
• Be a point of contact for daily HR inquiries

🎉 Culture & Employee Experience
• Organise internal events & team-building activities
• Strengthen engagement, communication & team cohesion
• Support office rituals and workplace atmosphere
• Contribute creative ideas to improve organisational culture
• Represent E-FARM values in daily work

What You Bring
