During this internship, you will work in a bustling summer-season travel agency offering daily tours with Czech/Slovak-speaking guides. You will assist with customer communication, online platforms, sales, social media, and even accompany simple excursions. Accommodation, transport, and lunch vouchers are provided — making this an attractive, cost-covered experience for motivated Erasmus+ trainees.

☀️ What You Will Do

• 📧 Answer emails, phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and live chats
• 🛳️ Advise guests on daily tours and assist in selling activities
• 🛠️ Support office maintenance and operational tasks
• 🧭 Accompany and co-guide short, easy trips (boat tours, rafting, city tours, etc.)
• 🌐 Assist with translation and website content updates
• 📲 Manage social media posts on Facebook & Instagram
• ✏️ Check and update website information (czech: www.ahojalanya.cz)
• 🤝 Work closely with an international team
• 🇨🇿🇸🇰 Use Czech or Slovak language skills if applicable
• 🎥 If you have extra skills (SEO, video editing, photography, programming, marketing), you are encouraged to use them
