🎯 About the Project

The project gathers volunteers from EU and neighboring countries for 2-month volunteering rounds in Ankara. Each team consists of 10 volunteers joining activities that combine youth work, education, culture, and inclusion.

Through art, media, and social action, volunteers will strengthen community ties and foster solidarity — proving that local change can spark global impact. 🌍

💪 What You Will Do

Volunteers will join diverse activities, including:

🎨 Creative workshops in rural schools – painting, games, sports, and English sessions.
🎥 Video creation & editing – promoting Erasmus+, ESC, and youth inclusion through short films.
🗓️ Weekly planning meetings – setting goals and evaluating progress.
📝 Blog writing – sharing monthly reflections and experiences.
🗣️ English Speaking Clubs – weekly sessions with young locals.
🎭 Workshops – one-day sessions on youth inclusion, democracy, volunteering, and entrepreneurship.
❤️ LÖSEV collaboration – activities with children affected by leukemia.
📱 Social media content creation – videos, reels, and posts for Instagram & YouTube.
🛍️ Aid activities – food distribution and inclusion projects.
🌍 Cultural exchange events – national culture presentations and traditional workshops.
🏢 Office support – assisting the ANDER team in daily operations and youth outreach.
💬 ESC awareness sessions – teaching local youth about volunteering, ESC, and application tips.

🏠 Accommodation & Living

🏡 Volunteers stay in a shared house (2–3 people per room).
🍽️ Fully equipped with kitchen, Wi-Fi, washing machine, and basic items.
💶 Pocket money and local transportation card provided monthly.
🚌 Travel reimbursement according to ESC rules (all receipts & boarding passes required).
🩺 Insurance provided through the HENNER system.

📚 Learning & Support

📘 4 hours of Turkish language lessons per week.
🎓 Non-formal learning workshops and intercultural events.
📖 Continuous mentoring and team reflection sessions.
🏅 All volunteers receive a Youthpass Certificate, recognizing their competences and learning outcomes.
