🇫🇷 France ESC Project – 📣 Participant Call
An urgent volunteering opportunity is available in the townhall of Saint Georges du Bois, near Le Mans, France. This peri-urban commune hosts various services and has around 2,200 inhabitants. The volunteer’s role will involve working on diverse tasks such as setting up activities, designing educational projects, organizing activity programs, interacting with partners and the public, and collaborating with team members.
Accommodation will be provided in Le Mans, shared with other volunteers from the project. Each volunteer will have their own room, and common areas will be shared. The apartment is fully furnished. Accommodation and transportation costs are covered by the host organization. Volunteers will receive monthly funds for food (7 euros per day, including school lunch) and pocket money (7 euros per day).
The ideal candidate is creative, autonomous, open-minded, outgoing, and values non-formal education. They should be willing to share about their culture and country and have a desire to learn and use French daily.
The project spans 47 weeks from October 1, 2023, to August 24, 2024. It is open to participants from the Czech Republic, Germany, Spain, Finland, Greece, Denmark, Estonia, Ireland, Hungary, Luxembourg, Sweden, Slovenia, and Slovakia.
