🎯 Your Main Responsibilities
- 👥 Communicate daily with international guests.
- ✅ Ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
- 🖥️ Manage reservations via online platforms.
- ✍️ Reply to guest reviews (TripAdvisor, etc.).
- 💡 Collect feedback, comments & ideas.
- 📰 Write blog posts & short articles.
- 🧹 Support housekeeping to maintain high standards.
- 📈 Take on additional tasks in marketing & business.

- 💬 Strong communication skills in English (other languages are a plus).
- 📚 Interest in hospitality & customer service.
