✨ About the Project
The ICT&SM 3.0 Training Course focuses on equipping youth workers with digital competencies to better engage young people in civic life. Participants will:

• Learn to use ICT and social media for activism & participation 💻📱
• Develop strategies for inclusive digital youth work 🌍
• Explore gamified and blended learning approaches 🎮📖
• Collaborate on a European Digital Youth Work Network 🤝
• Co-create a Digital Civic Engagement Toolkit 📘

🔑 Who Should Apply?
✔️ Aspiring or active youth workers
✔️ Dedicated to working with young people, especially those with fewer opportunities
✔️ Fluent in English (interviews will confirm proficiency)
✔️ Motivated to implement new tools & approaches after the project
✔️ Willing to support with shared responsibilities (logistics, food, event planning)

🏡 Accommodation & Food
Covered according to Erasmus+ rules. Volunteers will share accommodation and be fully supported with meals, travel reimbursement, and training resources.
