Youth workers across Europe are witnessing how aesthetic pressureโfueled by unrealistic beauty standards and digital comparisonโnegatively impacts young people’s mental health, self-esteem, and social well-being. This training aims to fight back through intersectional education, emotional reflection, and empowerment tools.

It’s the social expectationโamplified by media and social platformsโto conform to idealized, often unattainable, beauty standards. Its effects?
๐ Low self-worth, comparison, mental distress, consumerism, and exclusion.
