Mentoring is an essential pillar for creating meaningful and impactful European Solidarity Corps (ESC) volunteering projects. If you are engaged in an organisation already labelled by the European Solidarity Corps and want to enhance your mentoring skills, this 5-day training course in vibrant Nantes, France is tailor-made for you! 🇫🇷

👥 This training is open to:

• New mentors with little or no previous experience
• Experienced mentors seeking to refresh and exchange practices
• Future mentors who want to confidently support volunteers’ journeys

📚 The course is based on the Competence Framework for ESC mentors, developed by SALTO ESC and National Agencies through the ‘Mentoring under Construction’ project. It aims to build a strong mentoring community, sharing innovative tools and good practices.

🗓️ The training runs over 5 days, starting Monday afternoon and ending Friday at midday. Full attendance is mandatory to get the most out of the learning experience.

• Deepen understanding of the ESC mentor’s role and responsibilities 🤝
• Strengthen skills to support volunteer integration, wellbeing, and conflict resolution 🧩
• Promote inclusion and awareness of ESC’s core values 💙
