🌱 Project Focus: Enhance the digital skills of rural youth, fostering creativity, entrepreneurship, and community development. Join Asociación Lug Open Factory in empowering young people through Design Thinking, technology, and prototyping solutions in rural areas.

🌐 Volunteer Tasks:

• Connect with young people to develop ideas and prototypes
• Assist in prototyping using fablab technology
• Support entrepreneurs in the coworking space
• Build a network with youth interested in the project
• Develop digital projects for rural areas

🏠 Support and Logistics:

• Accommodation: Shared apartment provided by the association
• Food: Covered by the association
• Transport: Public transport expenses covered by the association

📚 Training During the Activity:

• European project creation and management
• Technological skills development in rural areas
• Fablab tools utilization: virtual reality, laser cutting, 3D printing, fabric printing, etc.
• Design thinking dynamics for entrepreneurship
• Communication management at different levels

👥 Participant Profile:

• Age: 18 to 30
• Experience in communication, video editing, social networks, and technology (3D, laser cutting, etc.)
• Ability to manage youth groups and engage in non-formal youth education
• Language: English (C1) and Spanish (B2-C1)
