Looking to grow your tourism and customer care experience in an international setting? Abbey Group in Dublin is offering a 6-month paid internship for students interested in German/Nordic-speaking markets, focusing on inbound group travel to Ireland and the UK.

🧭 Your Main Tasks:
✔️ Assist with customer care and operations for group travel to Ireland & the UK
✔️ Coordinate bookings: transport, accommodation, guides, activities
✔️ Communicate daily with suppliers and update itineraries
✔️ Use Tourplan (tourism software) for all operations
✔️ Occasionally support reception or other departments
✔️ Contribute to sustainability and responsible tourism projects
🧑🎓 Ideal Candidate Profile:
🗣️ Fluent in German and English
🧠 Excellent communication, time management, and teamwork skills
💻 Proficient in Microsoft Office
🎓 Internship must be part of your university or Erasmus+ studies
🌍 Interested in tourism, culture, and international collaboration
