📚 ABOUT THE PROJECT
STEP5 is a hybrid KA153 Erasmus+ initiative combining:
🔹 Job Shadowing in Łódź (July 2025)
🔹 Online HOP Coaching Course (compulsory)
🔹 Training Course in November 2025
The project empowers youth workers, trainers, and young entrepreneurs to:
✅ Explore career development & employment tools
✅ Sharpen coaching and mentoring methods
✅ Observe working models of social enterprises
✅ Foster entrepreneurial mindsets through NFE practices
The Job Shadowing will include:
- 🧠 Business journaling & coaching
- 🔎 Talent & competency analysis
- 💬 Team building, OST, simulations
- 🤝 Focus groups, brainstorming & problem-solving

🌍 Participants from:
🇧🇬 Bulgaria, 🇭🇷 Croatia, 🇬🇷 Greece, 🇮🇹 Italy, 🇵🇱 Poland, 🇵🇹 Portugal, 🇲🇰 North Macedonia, 🇷🇴 Romania, 🇸🇮 Slovenia, 🇪🇸 Spain, 🇹🇷 Türkiye

Youth workers, trainers, youth project managers, business-oriented specialists, young entrepreneurs
🛏️ LOGISTICS
✅ Participation fee: None
✅ Accommodation & meals: Fully covered in Łódź
✅ Working language: English
✅ Group size: 11 participants
✅ Online coaching via: HOP Platform
💸 TRAVEL REIMBURSEMENT (upon submission of travel documents):

- 💶 395 EUR (2000–2999 km) – 🇪🇸 🇵🇹
- 💶 417 EUR (green travel only) – 🇸🇮
