🌟 WHAT IS IT?
A partnership-building activity designed for municipal staff, youth workers, and NGO representatives working to enhance youth participation in local decision-making.
Through this Erasmus+ Project Lab, you’ll connect with international peers, co-develop project ideas, and learn how to use Erasmus+ Youth funding to launch impactful initiatives that engage young people in democratic governance.

✔️ Match with relevant partners for future Erasmus+ projects
✔️ Design concrete project ideas for youth participation in governance
✔️ Learn how to apply for Erasmus+ Youth funding
✔️ Exchange best practices through Democracy Reloading tools

🧩 WHO SHOULD APPLY?
You’re eligible if you are:
👥 A municipal youth policy officer
🧑‍💼 A youth worker or NGO staff implementing youth participation projects for municipalities
✅ Actively engaged in youth engagement at the local level
✅ Interested in applying for Erasmus+ Youth project funding

📚 PROGRAM STRUCTURE:

1. 💻 Pre-Event Online Meetup (June or August 2025)
   – Learn the basics of Erasmus+ Youth & Democracy Reloading
   – Present your organization and connect with potential partners
2. 🏡 Residential Project Lab in Oslo (2–6 September 2025)
   – Interactive sessions, hands-on project design, expert mentoring
   – Intensive partner-finding and proposal development
   – Note: Departure possible after 18:00 on 5 September
3. 🔄 Follow-up Webinar
   – Feedback on your draft applications + mentoring for submission

✔️ No participation fee
✔️ Accommodation and meals covered by Erasmus+ ungdom (Norwegian NA)
✈️ Travel reimbursement – Contact your National Agency or SALTO to confirm support and process.
