Join the vibrant educational community of Tzama, an alternative school that blends Montessori and Freinet methods with outdoor nature learning! 🍃✨
Your role will include:
👦 Supporting Montessori guides in indoor & outdoor activities
🌱 Helping nature educators in the garden, forest, and pedagogic farm
🎨 Assisting in workshops, holiday camps, and nature birthday activities
🌍 Promoting ecological initiatives and sustainability in education

🏡 Accommodation, Meals & Transport:
✅ Accommodation in Mulhouse (10 min train + 10 min bike ride) 🚲🚆
✅ Monthly food allowance + pocket money 🍽️
✅ Monthly train ticket provided 🚉

🎓 Training & Support:
📚 Personal development training sessions
📚 Online French lessons
📚 Daily mentorship from Montessori guides and nature educators
🏅 Youthpass certificate at the end of the project

👤 Who Can Apply?
✔️ Aged between 21–30 years old
✔️ Passionate about working with children 👧🧒
✔️ Proficient in French, English, and German 🗣️
