🌟 Project Overview:
Join Asociatia Nevo Parudimos and make a real difference this summer through creativity, activism, and teamwork! Volunteers will be divided into 3 dynamic teams:
♻️ Environmental Team – organize eco-campaigns, lead clean-ups, and plan activities with kids 🌱
🎨 Painting Team – paint and beautify walls of a local kindergarten with color and purpose
📸 Media Team – create promotional content and run the project’s social media presence
🎉 You’ll also participate in cultural events, music festivals, and local initiatives – helping with promotion, setup, and engagement!
🏡 Accommodation, Food & Travel:
🛏️ Stay in a shared school dormitory with 3–4 people per room
🍽️ €5/day food allowance + €4/day pocket money
🚍 Transport card provided + health insurance
✈️ Travel reimbursed depending on distance (per ESC calculator)
🎓 Training & Support:
💬 Team-building sessions at the start
🧠 Mentorship and structured group activities throughout
📣 Learn teamwork, communication, event management, and cultural engagement skills
👤 Participant Profile:
✔️ Aged 20–30
✔️ Prior local volunteering experience
✔️ Team spirit, flexibility, creativity
✔️ Skilled in art, social media, or event support
✔️ B1 level of English
✔️ Ready to challenge stereotypes and promote inclusion
