🎨 Organize recreational, sports, and creative workshops
🌱 Create and maintain an educational garden
🛒 Join local markets, fundraising, and events
🏠 Manage the social space “WOW”
👩‍🏫 Host school groups and elderly visitors

🏡 Accommodation, Food & Transport:
🏠 Stay in a cozy wooden house near the center
🍽️ Monthly allowance for food + pocket money
🚌 Travel costs reimbursed

🎓 Training and Support:
🛬 Pre-departure, arrival, and mid-term training
🗣️ Italian language lessons (OLS + local support)
🌟 Daily learning support from the association staff
