🌟 Project Description

Get ready to experience a vibrant volunteering opportunity combining youth work, multiculturalism, creativity, and social impact! Hosted by Fundacja Przyjaźń Sztuka Edukacja, you will support one of two main projects:

🎬 Mobile Youth Club for teens (13+):

• After-school activities focused on cinema, cooking, philosophy, critical thinking, Brazilian dance, and body movement
• A creative and engaging safe space for teenagers

🌍 “Lelenfant” Multicultural Festival:

• A long-standing artistic and educational initiative for kids and youth
• Workshops and performances in theatre, dance, and music
• Promotes empathy, creativity, and intercultural friendships

Your tasks will vary daily, based on the project needs and your own interests.

🏡 Accommodation, Food & Transport

🏠 Accommodation: Shared apartment with other European volunteers or students (double rooms, equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi)
💸 Financial support:

• €150/month pocket money
• Approx. €155/month food allowance
  🚇 Transport:
• Local public transport card provided
• Round-trip travel from Italy fully reimbursed
  🛡️ Insurance provided

🧭 Training & Support

🧳 Pre-departure training in Italy
🛬 On-arrival training in Poland: 4-day orientation covering project intro, health, and safety
📘 Polish language classes: 4 hours per week
🧑‍🏫 Personal mentor for ongoing guidance and development throughout the project

👤 Participant Profile

We’re looking for someone who is:

✅ Fluent in English
✅ Interested in working with young people in a multicultural environment
✅ Open to learning Polish
✅ Motivated to contribute to youth clubs or multicultural festivals
✅ Curious, responsible, creative, team-oriented
✅ Experienced or willing to learn about event planning, social engagement, and youth empowerment
