AIvolution is an Erasmus+ training course in Poland, from 24 to 30 November 2026, for youth workers aged 19 to 45 who want to use AI and digital tools in youth work, NGO management and social projects. Rico Foundation, a non-governmental organisation based in Warsaw, coordinates the project, and the call asks for applications as soon as possible. At Youth Works Hub, we reviewed the infopack and the live application form so you know exactly what you are signing up for.
Participation in the mobility is free of charge for each selected participant: all travel, accommodation and meals at the hotel are covered by the project coordinator, and travel is reimbursed according to Erasmus+ rates. The venue is a mountain guesthouse in the village of Murzasichle, near Zakopane and the Tatra National Park.
Why AI and Digital Tools Matter for Youth Work
The AIvolution project strengthens the digital, organisational and social entrepreneurship competences of youth workers from five partner countries, which are listed in the Project Snapshot below. Participants learn how to use AI and digital tools in youth work, NGO management, project planning, data analysis, volunteer coordination and communication.
The project supports youth workers who work with young people with fewer opportunities. It helps them create more inclusive, effective and innovative local initiatives.
Rico Foundation describes its own focus as equipping youth workers with tools to support local communities, using digital solutions, AI and inclusive methods.
The Five Learning Areas
๐ค AI for youth work and social initiatives.
๐ Data analysis, planning and resources.
๐ฃ Digital marketing and communication.
๐งฉ Social entrepreneurship and NGO management.
๐ Inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities.
How the Programme Works
The programme includes practical workshops, project-based learning, peer learning, simulations, a study visit and activities focused on applying AI and digital tools in real youth work.
The project topics are the practical use of AI in youth work, project and NGO management, social entrepreneurship, and inclusion and working with young people with fewer opportunities.

Our guide to the role of youth workers explains how these roles fit into Erasmus+ projects.
The Venue: Murzasichle and Dom Wczasowy Pod Reglami
Murzasichle is a picturesque mountain village in southern Poland, near Zakopane and the Tatra National Park. The infopack describes it as known for its stunning views of the Tatra Mountains, traditional wooden architecture and peaceful atmosphere, with easy access to hiking trails, ski slopes and regional attractions. Murzasichle is also a place to experience authentic Highlander (Gรณral) culture and cuisine.
Participants stay at Dom Wczasowy Pod Reglami, a cozy mountain guesthouse in the village. The guesthouse's own website gives the address as ul. Sฤ delska 55b, 34-531 Murzasichle.
๐๏ธ Rooms: comfortable rooms for three or four people, with private bathrooms.
๐ถ Wi-Fi: free.
๐๏ธ Group facilities: a large conference room, a heated outdoor swimming pool (during the season) and a sports field.
๐ฒ Meals: served in a spacious dining room. Local Highlander people prepare homemade regional dishes on site.
๐ Support: the venue helps with organising transport, outdoor events and local excursions.
Costs, Travel and Reimbursement
According to Youth Works Hub's review of the infopack and the live form, participation in the mobility is free of charge for each selected participant, and all travel, accommodation and meals at the hotel are fully covered by the project coordinator. Additional personal expenses, such as souvenirs or extra purchases, are paid by the participants. If you want to see how this compares with other projects, our guide to what Erasmus+ covers breaks it down.
Travel is reimbursed according to Erasmus+ rates, by bank transfer in EUR, within up to 6 months after the mobility (usually within 1 to 3 months). Our guide to Erasmus+ travel rates and distance bands explains how these amounts work. Reimbursement requires an approved travel plan and all required documents confirming your expenses.
The Quick Travel Booking Procedure
1๏ธโฃ Pre-selection: if the coordinator contacts you, you have been pre-selected for the project.
2๏ธโฃ Your travel options: you are asked to present your proposed options to the venue. Provide the most cost- and time-efficient route in the form of screenshots.
3๏ธโฃ Approval and purchase: once your travel plan is approved, you receive confirmation to purchase the tickets. After buying them, send screenshots with payment confirmations to the coordinator.
4๏ธโฃ WhatsApp group: you are then added to the project WhatsApp group, where all further details about the mobility are shared.
Do not purchase tickets without the coordinator's clear approval. Any travel booked outside the approved procedure is not reimbursed.
What to Bring
๐ Travel and identification documents: a valid passport or travel document, a European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) or private travel insurance, and as many printed travel tickets and confirmations as possible (for example boarding passes), because they are essential for travel cost reimbursement.
๐ Personal items: comfortable everyday clothes, sportswear and a swimsuit in case, warm and waterproof clothing (Polish weather can be unpredictable), toiletries and personal hygiene products including a towel and flip-flops, a small backpack or bag for day trips, any prescribed or regularly taken medications, a laptop (if you have one) and a smartphone, which are useful during workshop sessions, and a reusable water bottle (if you have one).
๐ถ For the intercultural evenings: traditional snacks from your region, a national flag, small souvenirs for other participants and any other cultural items you wish to share.
