Youth Works Hub has rounded up 8 fully funded Erasmus+ opportunities closing between 6 and 15 October 2026, across 7 countries: Belgium, France, Germany, Greece, Portugal, Romania and Tรผrkiye. The batch holds six Erasmus+ training courses, one contact-making seminar for NGOs and one Erasmus+ Youth Exchange, so it speaks to youth workers, organisation staff and young people at the same time. Time is the main pressure here: three of the eight calls close on 6 October 2026, and the rest follow within nine days. If the format is new to you, our guide to what an Erasmus+ Training Course is explains who can join, while the Erasmus+ Youth Exchange guide covers the short funded projects that bring young people from different countries together. Training courses and seminars like these belong to the Erasmus+ mobility of youth workers strand, which has no upper age limit.
Each call has its own angle. In Belgium, a training course brings youth workers from the worlds of faith and queer identity together to build the dialogue skills that make space for both. In Tรผrkiye, the Municipality of Tosya hosts 36 young people who turn a small Anatolian town into a joint social media campaign, shooting on a different theme each day and editing with CapCut and Canva. A training course in Germany turns the smartphone into a storytelling tool for short vertical videos, giving consent and responsible publishing as much attention as the creative side. In Portugal, a contact-making seminar gives NGO representatives working on water and environmental issues a structured room to find partners for future joint project proposals. Romania offers a full outdoor education toolkit, from planning and risk management to testing every method with local young people. In Greece, the focus is mentoring skills for supporting young European Solidarity Corps volunteers, from active listening to progress monitoring. A second course in Germany explores nature-based learning for youth work, building facilitation and activity-design skills while connecting with the outdoors. France closes the batch on 15 October with a training course in Piegros-la-Clastre on building resilient and caring communities, running from 7 to 18 December 2026.
Taken together, the batch suits youth workers and NGO staff who want new methods for their work, and young people who want to create real content that gets published and shared. Each listing below shows the deadline, a short description and the countries that can apply, so you can check your eligibility before clicking through.
Erasmus+ projects cover travel and stay, which is why every opportunity in this batch is listed as fully funded. According to Youth Works Hub's review, two calls state outright that there is no participation fee: the Tosya Youth Exchange in Tรผrkiye and the resilient communities training course in France, where food and accommodation are entirely supported by the Erasmus+ programme. The one call that mentions a payment is the nature-based learning course in Germany, which asks for a financial contribution of 50 to 100 EUR depending on your situation, while covering accommodation, full board and travel. Deadlines cluster at the start of the window: three calls close on 6 October, one on 7 October, one on 9 October, two on 11 October and the last on 15 October.

4. ๐ต๐น Erasmus+ Training Course in Portugal: Water Awareness and Environmental Project Partnerships

Open to applicants from ๐ฉ๐ฐ ๐ฎ๐ช ๐ณ๐ฑ ๐ท๐ธ ๐ช๐ธ and 29 more!
๐ก Note from youthworker_eu: a contribution like this is usually requested by the organisation for its own institutional capacity, not a cost of the programme. It is never paid at application, only by selected participants, and in many cases it can be negotiated or even waived by the organisation. If an organisation asks you to pay at the application stage, report it to the National Agency or the European Commission and let us know, so we can report it too.
8. ๐ซ๐ท Erasmus+ Training Course in France: Building Resilient and Caring Communities
๐ Deadline: 15 October 2026
The Building Resilient and Caring Communities training course in France focuses on how to build groups and communities that are resilient, able to weather disagreements, look after their members and adapt in the face of crises. Its starting point is that the way we treat one another today shapes the world we wish to build tomorrow, that community can be a space for learning about interdependence, mutual care and shared responsibility, and that in the face of crises, resilience stems from networks of trust rather than individual autonomy. Through a collective, physical and emotional experience, the programme aims to support the development of inclusive, creative and empowering groups and communities, to reconnect with the confidence that we can feel pleasure, joy, and emotional and political nourishment together, to examine our attitudes towards listening, responsibility and care, and to equip participants with concrete methods and practices for caring, navigating conflict and strengthening links. The course is organised by Association LA RAPUGADA and runs from 7 to 18 December 2026 in Piegros-la-Clastre, France, for 26 participants; it is recommended for youth workers and the working language is English. There is no participation fee: food and accommodation are entirely supported by the Erasmus+ programme, and justified travel costs are reimbursed depending on the distance, between 100 and 499 km up to โฌ285 for eco-responsible travel or โฌ211 otherwise, and between 500 and 1999 km up to โฌ417 for eco-responsible travel or โฌ309 otherwise. Every itinerary needs to be approved by the organisers before buying, and all invoices and tickets are needed to get reimbursed. Participants are entitled to receive a Youthpass certificate. Open to applicants from ๐ฆ๐น ๐ญ๐ท ๐ฑ๐น ๐ฒ๐น ๐ต๐ฑ and 29 more!
Looked at by theme, the batch splits into three clear groups. Dialogue and community building sit with the faith and queer identity training in Belgium, the resilient and caring communities course in France and the mentoring course in Greece for those who support European Solidarity Corps volunteers. Nature and the environment run through the outdoor education course in Romania, the nature-based learning course in Germany and the water awareness seminar in Portugal. Media and storytelling belong to the vertical video training in Germany and the Tosya Youth Exchange in Tรผrkiye, where every photo is added to Google Maps for the place it was taken. Six calls are open to applicants from 34 countries and the Tosya Youth Exchange to 33, while the vertical video training in Germany is open to only 7 countries, so check the list on each listing first. If you work with young people in Belgium, France, Germany, Greece, Portugal, Romania or Tรผrkiye, or in any other eligible country, this batch is worth a careful read.
The 6 October deadline covers Belgium, Germany and Tรผrkiye, so those three need your attention first, while Portugal (7 October) and Romania (9 October) follow close behind. Greece and the second German course close on 11 October and France on 15 October, which leaves a little more time to prepare a strong application. Before you apply, check what each call says about costs: every call here is fully funded under Erasmus+, but the nature-based learning course in Germany asks for a contribution of 50 to 100 EUR, and our guide to what costs Erasmus+ covers breaks down the funding rules for youth activities. Erasmus+ pays travel as a contribution based on distance rather than a full ticket refund, and the travel reimbursement and distance bands guide explains how that works. Find more fully funded Erasmus+ training courses, seminars and youth exchanges, explained in plain language, on Youth Works Hub. Check your eligibility, open the listing and apply before the deadline.
