About the Internship

You'll help shape the organisation's online presence, engage a growing community and make a real impact through digital storytelling, all while building your skills in a beautiful setting. It's a chance to do meaningful work at the intersection of social causes and social media.


Key Responsibilities

๐Ÿ“ˆ Develop and implement creative social media strategies aligned with the organisation's goals and brand identity

๐Ÿ–ผ๏ธ Manage and curate engaging editorial content, including text, images and videos, across multiple platforms

๐Ÿ’ฌ Monitor social media channels, handle community interactions and respond thoughtfully to comments and messages

๐Ÿ“Š Track, analyse and report on performance metrics to improve engagement and reach

๐Ÿ“ฃ Plan, execute and monitor social media campaigns (e.g. Facebook, Instagram)

๐Ÿค Collaborate with the communications and marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging and consistent branding

๐Ÿ”ฎ Stay up to date with digital trends and emerging tools to strengthen the organisation's online presence


๏ปฟWho We're Looking For

๐ŸŽจ A creative and motivated person with an interest in social media and digital communication, with a solid understanding of how different platforms work and how to tailor content to each audience

๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ Strong written and verbal communication skills, plus the ability to think both creatively and analytically

๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Familiarity with tools like Canva and basic video editing software is a plus

๐ŸŒŸ Organised, adaptable and eager to learn, able to manage multiple tasks in a team, with curiosity, positivity and a proactive attitude

Eligibility

โœ… You must be eligible for the Erasmus+ programme

โœ… You are able to join in Agrigento for at least 4 months

โœ… You have at least a B1 level in English

The internship is around 35 hours per week.
