Thirteen fully funded European Solidarity Corps placements are open right now across 8 countries, and they reach from the Andes of Peru to a national park in the Slovenian Alps. ๐ You could support a 50 year old development organisation in the highlands of Cusco, live and work on an agroforestry farm with 15,000 trees in Puglia, stand beside Ukrainian refugee youth at an educational hub in western Romania, care for adults with intellectual disabilities at a L'Arche community in France, or protect nature as a guardian of Slovenia's only national park. From a Peruvian development team to a Moroccan youth centre and a Bulgarian trash art workshop, this is a warm, hands on set of placements built around nature, care and community.
Every one of these thirteen placements is a European Solidarity Corps opportunity, which means the funding is real: travel within the usual distance bands, accommodation, food, local transport, insurance, pocket money, a mentor and language support are all covered, for volunteers aged 18 to 30. Two placements are limited to residents of a specific country, and those are flagged below. Eight are open on a rolling basis and close as soon as enough good applications arrive, while the rest run through late August.

And care holds the heart of it, across a L'Arche community in France, a kindergarten in Poland, and two placements standing beside Ukrainian refugee youth in Romania. Two placements are limited to residents of a specific country, so check those first. Eight are open on a rolling basis and close as soon as they fill, while the rest run into late August.
