Description

This project aims to support young Ukrainian refugees through structured volunteering, education, and community engagement activities. This initiative enhances social inclusion, cultural exchange, and economic empowerment while strengthening community resilience and youth-led civic action. The project directly responds to the urgent needs of young refugees, addressing language barriers, social isolation, and skill development gaps. Through non-formal education, mentoring, and intercultural experiences, it provides practical learning opportunities, increasing employability and long-term integration prospects. We've got your accommodation covered! You'll be staying in a cozy apartment for the entire project. The apartment comes with shared bedrooms (2 beds per room - same - gender room), a shared kitchen and bathroom, a chill common area, and with a high-speed internet connection. You'll be in charge of your own meals, but don't worry – there's a kitchen equipped for you to use, and you'll get a daily food allowance of 5 EUR. Plus, you'll receive some pocket money too, 4 EUR per day (which will be given to you in Romanian currency via bank transfer).

Training during the activity

Get ready for an exciting journey! Here’s what you can look forward to: 1. In-House On-Board Training: We’ve got a fantastic series of trainings lined up just for you on topics such as (but not limited to): Non-Formal Education, Facilitation Techniques, Human Rights Education, Safeguarding. 2. Ongoing Workshops: to deepen your knowledge and skills in the main activity areas.

Participant profile

We’re searching for young people aged 18–30 who are curious, creative, and ready to learn!

Open for all polish residents, for migrants living in Poland as well.

You don't know if that's for you? You just need to be ready to learn and observe. You might be someone who: has basic Canva or design skills, loves writing or storytelling, likes photography, knows a bit about websites or digital tools, enjoys researching and exploring new ideas, likes working in a team and sharing opinions, has interest in intercultural psychology and cooperation.

Don’t worry, you don’t need to know everything! We’re building a diverse team where everyone brings something different: ideas, energy, or new perspectives.
