Description
El proyecto Community Inclusion tiene como objetivo promover la inclusión social, la ciudadanía activa y la solidaridad a través de actividades de educación no formal en las que participan jóvenes y comunidades locales.
Las personas voluntarias apoyan a la comunidad local, organizan eventos culturales y educativos, y fomentan el diálogo intercultural.
El proyecto crea oportunidades para el desarrollo personal, promueve el entendimiento mutuo y fortalece los vínculos comunitarios, contribuyendo a una sociedad más inclusiva y cohesionada.
Accommodation, food and transport arrangements
Alojamiento completamente amueblado en la localidad. Habrá un máximo de dos participantes por habitación. El alojamiento dispone de una cocina totalmente equipada, así como de baños con inodoro y ducha, e incluye conexión Wi-Fi gratuita.
Las personas voluntarias podrán utilizar su presupuesto de alimentación (150 EUR al mes) para preparar sus propias comidas. Además, recibirán 120 EUR al mes en concepto de dinero de bolsillo.
Los gastos de viaje internacional serán reembolsados de acuerdo con la Guía del Programa , y se fomentará el uso de medios de transporte sostenibles.
Training during the activity
La formación comenzará a tu llegada. Se te presentarán las diferencias culturales, participarás en una visita guiada por la ciudad y conocerás a la persona que será tu mentor. Nos aseguraremos de que participes en las formaciones organizadas por la Agencia Nacional: la On-Arrival Training y la Mid-Term Evaluation.
Una vez llegues recibirás toda la información detallada y se te proporcionarán los recursos necesarios para investigar, prepararte y desempeñar tus tareas. Ofrecemos apoyo para el aprendizaje del húngaro o del rumano, tanto en línea como de forma presencial.
Participant profile
Buscamos a dos personas voluntarias de entre 18 y 30 años que deseen desarrollar sus habilidades de comunicación y cooperación, así como reconocer sus fortalezas y áreas de mejora dentro de un equipo. Las personas candidatas deben tener interés en mejorar sus competencias prácticas en la planificación y ejecución de actividades, querer contribuir de forma significativa a la sociedad y estar dispuestas a salir de su zona de confort.
Además, buscamos personas responsables, flexibles, motivadas, de mente abierta y con disponibilidad para participar durante toda la duración del proyecto. Se anima a las personas voluntarias a ser creativas y proactivas, a proponer nuevas ideas y a poner en práctica sus propias capacidades y talentos.
