🧑‍💼 What You Will Do

👥 Team leadership: oversee a global intern team, monitor progress and run regular check-ins

🎓 Onboarding and training: welcome, train and integrate new team members to ensure their success

⚙️ Operations and workflow: track key activities, improve internal processes and bridge the communication gap between interns and founders

🔎 Talent acquisition: support recruitment initiatives and help scout new talent

📋 The Details

📍 Location: Bratislava, Slovakia, with the role described as remote or hybrid

📅 Period: 1 August 2026 to 31 January 2027

⏳ Duration: 5 months according to the general information, and 5 or more months according to the description

🕐 Commitment: full-time, 6 to 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week

💶 Compensation: no financial compensation

📌 Type: internship, either Erasmus+ or independent

This is a Digital Opportunity Traineeship (DOT).
