Do you want to run PR, content and marketing for a respected London music brand? WPGM is looking for a PR and Marketing Executive intern to manage its social media and editorial content, drive digital PR campaigns and grow the WPGM brand.

What You'll Do

📱 Manage the company's social media channels and editorial content writing, and handle the company and director's social media and administrative tasks.

📣 Assist with sales and marketing and digital PR campaigns, carry out social media management, editorial content writing, sales and marketing and digital PR duties, and post social media updates about existing press campaigns.

📊 Compile and prepare PR, marketing and media reports, presentations and correspondence, provide weekly and monthly reporting to the director, and capture, alert and monitor important PR and marketing issues.

🗂️ Build contact list databases of music websites and blogs, UK-wide radio presenters and producers, and exciting new and emerging UK, European, American and African artists who could become PR clients, and manage databases of potential PR clients, online press, radio producers, presenters and DJs.

🤝 Pitch digital PR services to potential clients, build relationships with online press and radio contacts, monitor and report on existing digital PR campaigns, and capture screenshots of blog and press coverage for each campaign.

🌍 Develop new markets and clientele, sell and market WPGM's PR services and media platform to artists, music executives, record labels, advertisers, sponsors and corporate clients, create brand campaigns and promotional plans, develop key media partnerships across digital, TV, radio and print, and help achieve frequent, timely and positive media coverage for the WPGM brand.

What They're Looking For

✍️ Excellent written English and communication skills, with strong organisational and problem-solving skills. A minimum of B2-level English is expected.

Who Can Apply

🎓 Students and recent graduates in Communication and Information Sciences or related fields. This is an unpaid internship, and you may be able to fund it through an Erasmus+ traineeship grant via your university. As the UK is now outside the Erasmus+ Programme Countries, check with your university whether you can undertake an Erasmus+ traineeship there through its international mobility.
