Italy leads with four placements — the Milan youth centre, the animal sanctuary, the Monza shelter and the Sardinian sports project — while Romania offers three (two creative roles at a Roma children's centre and the Bucharest campaigns project) and France three (intercultural education, a young-ambassador role and an intercultural day centre). The seven "as soon as possible" placements at the top reward the fastest applicants; then the two Italian roles close on 10 July, a cluster follows mid-month, and the calendar closes on 31 July with the French day centre and the Malta INGO year.
