L’organizzazione d’accoglienza è un’associazione di Murcia che promuove il metodo pedagogico Waldorf tramite numerosi progetti e con l’inserimento degli studenti in contesti naturali e altamente creativi. Il tuo ruolo ti porterà a partecipare a diverse opportunità, tra le quali dare supporto agli insegnanti, accompagnare i bambini e assisterli nelle numerose attività giornaliere (mangiare, riposare, imparare…), giocare e fare da supervisore. Preparerai le aule e i laboratori, racconterai loro storie, mantenendo un ambiente calmo. Parteciperai alle feste scolastiche, workshops e riunioni dello staff, ti sarà chiesto di dare un contributo sulla tua esperienza dell’ESC e altre opportunità di mobilità europea. Dovrai creare contenuti per raccontare il progetto, mentre acquisirai conoscenze sul metodo Waldorf e operando anche nella natura. Userai materiali per produrre opere fatte a mano, avendo la possibilità di inserirti nella comunità di bambini e genitori.

Accommodation, food and transport arrangements

Alloggerai in una stanza a Murcia, in un appartamento dove vivrai con altri volontari e dotato di tutto il necessario. Ogni mese riceverai un'indennità di 186 euro per le spese personali, e un'altra di 184 euro per l'acquisto di generi alimentari da preparare a casa. Il viaggio d'andata e ritorno dall'Italia alla Spagna ti sarà completamente rimborsato. Se dovrai spostarti dentro Murcia potrai scegliere tra la bicicletta e l'abbonamento dell'autobus. Un'assicurazione convenzionata con l'Unione Europea ti coprirà in caso di incidente o malattia. Opererai per circa 38 ore settimanali.

Training during the activity

Avrai tre momenti formativi ufficiali: una formazione prepartenza prima di lasciare l'Italia, una seconda poco dopo l'arrivo in Spagna e una terza dopo la metà del tuo volontariato. Imparerai i princípi di base del metodo Waldorf, e soprattutto a usare l'immaginazione per giocare con gli elementi naturali, che ne è il caposaldo. Farai pratica con i bambini e parteciperai a seminari organizzati su questa pedagogia. Rafforzerai abilità come voglia di fare, pazienza e rispetto. Imparerai a lavorare in gruppo e a prendere decisioni, a interagire con i bambini e a comprendere le loro necessità.

Participant profile

Sei il candidato perfetto per questo progetto se sei entusiasta, responsabile, hai spirito d’iniziativa e adori stare con i bambini. Aggiungi un po' di creatività e motivazione e troverai nella scuola Jardín Waldorf il luogo ideale per te. E' necessario avere una tra queste esperienze: aver lavorato in una scuola (asilo o elementare), organizzato attività in parrocchia, oppure devi aver studiato pedagogia o svolto delle attività con gli Scout. Serve, perciò, un alto livello di maturità, pazienza e capacità di lavoro di squadra. Un interesse verso metodi educativi alternativi , in particolare la pedagogia Waldorf, è gradito.
