Stranaidea, ente di invio italiano, propone questo progetto in cui intraprenderai un percorso trasformativo, dove potrai mettere a frutto le tue competenze nell'organizzazione di attività che rispondano alle esigenze dei giovani, valorizzando al contempo i tuoi punti di forza. L'obiettivo principale è avere un impatto positivo sui giovani del territorio di età compresa tra i 14 e i 35 anni. Allo stesso tempo, dare grande importanza alla tua crescita come volontario. Ogni evento e iniziativa ti offre l'opportunità di impegnarti, imparare e crescere attraverso esperienze pratiche. Le principali aree di attività includono: preparare e condurre eventi/workshop/attività, valutarli e redigerne report. Media e promozione: scattare foto e girare video, scrivere articoli, creare contenuti per la promozione online. Logistica eventi: aiutare a preparare gli spazi, allestire le attrezzature, creare liste di materiali, mantenere gli spazi per le attività. Azioni di sensibilizzazione.
Accommodation, food and transport arrangements
Come da programma ESC, tutte le spese di alloggio, viaggio a/r e utenze sono a carico dell’organizzazione ospitante. Verranno inoltre forniti pocket/food money mensilmente, un'assicurazione medica complementare alla copertura sanitaria italiana all'estero. Formazione iniziale interna: una fantastica serie di corsi di formazioni pensate appositamente per te su argomenti quali (ma non solo): educazione non formale, tecniche di facilitazione, educazione ai diritti umani, tutela dei minori. Workshop continui: per approfondire le tue conoscenze e competenze nelle principali aree di attività.
