Description

L'organizzazione d'accoglienza migliora le condizioni di vita di persone con disabilità fisiche e organiche. Sarai chiamato ad accompagnare i bambini che escono dalla scuola durante la ricreazione, aiutarli a prendere i mezzi pubblici, aiutare gli insegnanti nelle attività all'esterno della scuola, come escursioni o visite a centri specializzati, in vari laboratori di lavoro manuale e per il miglioramento delle abilità motorie, e nelle normali lezioni di matematica, lingue, Inglese e informatica. Supervisionerai gli studenti nei momenti d'assenza dell'insegnante, elaborando anche materiale didattico, contattando altri enti che collaborano con l'organizzazione e facendo assistenza individuale in determinati momenti a bambini con disabilità fisiche importanti. C'è bisogno di te anche in ufficio, per la progettazione di campagne di sensibilizzazione sulla disabilità e il reclutamento di nuovi volontari. Senza dimenticare la promozione dei programmi europei in scuole e centri giovanili.



Accommodation, food and transport arrangements

Alloggerai in un appartamento di Murcia, dove vivrai con altri volontari in una casa dotata di tutto il necessario. Ogni mese riceverai un'indennità di 186 euro per le spese personali, e un'altra di 184 euro per l'acquisto di generi alimentari. Il viaggio d'andata e ritorno dall'Italia alla Spagna ti sarà completamente rimborsato. Se dovrai spostarti dentro Murcia potrai scegliere tra la bicicletta e l'abbonamento dell'autobus. Il tuo impegno sarà intorno alle 34 ore a settimana, divise in 5 giorni. Un'assicurazione dell'Unione Europea ti coprirà in caso di incidente o malattia.


Training during the activity

Avrai 3 momenti formativi ufficiali: una formazione prepartenza prima di lasciare l'Italia, una seconda all'arrivo in Spagna e una terza formazione a circa metà del periodo di volontariato. Questo progetto offre l'opportunità d'apprendere, con il supporto costante d'uno staff tecnico, i principali temi relativi all'assistenza a persone con bisogni speciali e limitazioni dovute a malattie. Acquisirai le competenze di base e molte conoscenze relative a ciò, attraverso attività d'educazione non formale, momenti ludici e di accompagnamento, abilità che potranno esserti utili professionalmente.

Sei il candidato perfetto se condividi i valori dell'organizzazione d'accoglienza, sei responsabile, paziente e ti piace comunicare. E' necessario avere uno spirito d'iniziativa dinamico e affrontare l'esperienza con entusiasmo, serietà e creatività. E' richiesto un elevato grado di impegno visto il profilo delle persone con cui si andrà a collaborare, unito a empatia, motivazione e apertura mentale. E' importante avere un forte interesse all'interazione con persone affette da disabilità sia fisiche che organiche e verso l'inclusività e la diversità.
