📋 Your Responsibilities

⛵ Promote and sell boat excursions directly to guests and tourists

🗣️ Communicate tour details, schedules, and activities clearly and confidently

🎯 Approach tourists and recommend suitable excursions

📋 Assist with bookings and daily operational organisation

🤝 Represent the company in a professional and friendly manner

📅 Help coordinate staff schedules, training, and performance

📊 Analyse guest trends and suggest adjustments to optimise satisfaction

📱 Assist with marketing initiatives and social media promotion

✅ Your Profile

🗣️ Fluent English — mandatory. German — highly preferred

💬 Strong communication skills and confidence working with people

😊 Friendly, proactive, and responsible personality

🌍 Interest in tourism, sales, or customer relations

🗣️ Additional languages are a strong asset — Italian, Polish, Hungarian

✅ No previous experience required — training is provided
