🌟 Do you dream of becoming a kindergarten teacher? This is your perfect chance to gain hands-on experience while immersing yourself in a new culture! Kindergartens in Gdańsk are ready to welcome enthusiastic volunteers eager to share their skills, ideas, and initiatives.

🎯 What Will You Do?

🔹 Support teachers and childcare staff in preparing activities and decorations
🔹 Assist during outdoor trips and special events
🔹 Share your culture—cuisine, history, language—through creative and non-formal methods
🔹 Lead educational games and fun activities
🔹 Co-design projects with the kindergarten director based on your skills and interests
🔹 Follow the daily educational and recreational schedule

⏳ Working hours: 30-35 hours per week (Monday-Friday, occasional weekends)

🏠 Housing: Shared apartment with other international volunteers (double rooms, fully equipped)
💰 Pocket Money: EU standard allowance + extra for groceries
✈️ Travel Reimbursement: Round-trip flight from Italy to Poland covered

📌 Pre-departure training before leaving Italy

👤 Who Can Apply?

✅ Experience working with children aged 3-6 in organized settings
✅ Passionate about engaging kids through culture, sports, arts, and crafts
✅ Positive, motivated, open-minded, and empathetic
✅ Strong desire to contribute to children’s development
✅ Clean criminal record (mandatory for working with children in Poland)
✅ Application materials must be in English or Polish
