👤 Participant Profile

🎓 Background in Sociology, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics or related fields
📊 Strong knowledge of data analysis and database management
💻 Familiar with tools like SPSS, Power BI, Kobo or similar
🇬🇧 English level C1 required, Russian is a plus
🧠 Analytical mindset and ability to work with complex data
🤝 Able to train and communicate with diverse teams
⚠️ Previous ESC participation must not exceed total 12 months
