👩‍💼 Activities & Methodology

✨ Support HR Manager in daily administrative tasks
✨ Assist onboarding of new employees and interns
✨ Help new staff settle into the company
✨ Maintain and organize employee records (digital & physical)
✨ Prepare HR documents (contracts, reports, internal communication)
✨ Support international team members and interns
✨ Assist with accommodation arrangements

➕ Additional languages (French, Spanish, Italian, German) are a plus
