✅ Participant Profile

🎓 Degree in Social Sciences, International Development, or related fields
📊 Experience in project monitoring, evaluation, or data systems
🌍 Knowledge of Latin American context is an advantage
💻 Strong digital and data management skills
🗣️ Spanish required, English highly desirable
🤝 Ability to work in teams and adapt to field conditions
🧠 Strong communication and analytical skills
🌍 Aged 18–35 and eligible under ESC Humanitarian Aid rules
