Eligibility & Requirements
🇳🇱 Nationality: Must hold Dutch nationality.
🎓 Enrolment: Must be registered as a full-time student at Erasmus University Rotterdam at Bachelor’s or Master’s level.
✅ Faculty Selection (Mandatory): Must be officially selected by your EUR faculty for a study exchange, internship, or research period abroad — prior to submitting the scholarship application.
🌍 Destination: The mobility period must take place outside the EEA (Turkey is also excluded). All other non-EEA countries are eligible destinations.
📅 Duration: The mobility period must be a minimum of 3 months and must earn at least 10 ECTS credits.
🏫 Applicable Faculties: All EUR faculties are eligible except IHS (Institute for Housing and Urban Development Studies) and ISS (International Institute of Social Studies).
❌ Not Eligible: Students going abroad for a full year as part of a double or joint degree programme are not eligible for this scholarship.
💰 Financial Need: Demonstrating financial necessity is a key criterion. The assessment considers personal savings, budget feasibility, cost of living at the destination, and travel costs.
