Centrum Inicjatyw Miฤdzykulturowych “Horyzonty” is looking for 6 enthusiastic volunteers to join their team in Poznaล. The project focuses on non-formal education, cultural event organisation, and social media management, promoting transcultural dialogue and inclusion.
๐ Did You Know? Poznaล is famous for its Renaissance Old Town and the mechanical goats that butt heads every day at noon on the Town Hall clock tower.
Available Roles
๐ซ Education Work (2 spots): Leading non-formal classes (languages, human rights, ecology) for children, adults, and seniors.
๐ฒ Social Media & Office (2 spots): Managing digital platforms, content creation, and general office administration.
๐ญ Community & Culture (2 spots): Co-creating local artistic events, contacting activists, and keeping photographic documentation.
Logistics & Support
๐ Accommodation: Individual room in “Jurand” student dormitory in central Poznaล with shared kitchen and bathroom.
๐ฐ Financials: 300 EUR per month (pocket money + food allowance) and reimbursement of travel costs.
๐ Transport: Local transportation card provided for Poznaล’s public transport network.
๐ Training: Orientation training, National Agency seminars, and ongoing mentorship support.
