🚀 Project Mission & Objectives

🎯 The project “ESCALADE” aims to break barriers and promote full inclusion for people with fewer opportunities. Volunteers will work in shifts (morning or afternoon), 5 days a week, focusing on enhancing the daily lives of residents through human connection and creative stimulation. 🌍

🛠️ Your Role and Daily Tasks

🏘️ Accommodation and Benefits

🛌 You will share a fully furnished apartment with other international volunteers (max 4 people). Rooms are shared with one person of the same gender. 🏡

💶 Monthly benefits include a food allowance and pocket money. The host organization covers all accommodation costs, and you will have access to a multicultural living environment. 🍝

🌍 Eligible Countries

📚 Training During the Project

🎓 Volunteers will participate in On-Arrival and Mid-term evaluations by the Italian National Agency. 📜 Additionally, you will receive task-specific training regarding the needs of the target group and access to an online Italian language course. 🇮🇹💡
