Are you passionate about inclusion, youth participation, and building communities where everyone belongs? You can join 3D Friends in the heart of Riga, Latvia as a European Solidarity Corps volunteer โ supporting youth activities, organising events, contributing to social media campaigns, and promoting EU opportunities among local communities. Based in a creative and inclusive space in central Riga, this project offers you genuine freedom to develop your own ideas, collaborate with local organisations, and work alongside diverse communities including the Deaf community and young people with fewer opportunities. Riga is the largest city in the Baltic States and one of the most architecturally stunning capitals in Northern Europe โ famous for its extraordinary Art Nouveau district, which contains the highest concentration of Art Nouveau buildings in the world. You'll be volunteering right in the centre of this UNESCO World Heritage city.
What Will You Do as a Volunteer?
๐ฏSupport youth activities and help create an engaging, inclusive environment where young people from diverse backgrounds feel welcomed and empowered

Organise events that bring together local communities and promote active participation, social inclusion, and intercultural dialogue in Riga
๐ฑContribute to social media campaigns and visual storytelling โ using photography, video, and digital content to raise awareness of EU opportunities and inclusion topics
๐Promote European opportunities among local communities, helping young people discover the possibilities available through EU programmes and international mobility
๐กDevelop and lead your own initiatives โ the project actively gives you space to bring your own ideas, creativity, and personal strengths to the team
๐คWork in a genuinely diverse environment that includes the Deaf community and young people with fewer opportunities โ broadening your understanding of inclusion in practice
๐ค Fun Fact: 3D Friends works actively with the Deaf community โ making this one of the few ESC projects where you may have the opportunity to learn basics of sign language as part of your everyday volunteering experience. Not many CVs can say that.

Participant Profile
๐You are a young person resident in one of the eligible ESC countries โ priority is given to applicants aged 21 and above
๐You are passionate about inclusion, community building, anti-discrimination, and youth participation โ and you want to do something meaningful with that passion
๐ธAn interest in social topics, communication, event organisation, or visual storytelling โ including social media, photography, and video โ is a strong plus
๐คYou enjoy teamwork, are proactive, and are ready to contribute to both local and international initiatives in a diverse and dynamic environment
โจNo previous experience is required โ what matters most is your motivation, your empathy, your curiosity, and your willingness to try new things and support others
