What Will You Do as an Intern?

📱 Create engaging content for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube

🎬 Assist in producing short-form videos, reels, and visual storytelling content for international audiences

📖 Help document and share inspiring stories from volunteers, interns, and partner NGOs across Europe

🌱 Support campaigns related to sustainable travel and responsible tourism initiatives

✨ Contribute creative ideas to strengthen the organisation’s digital presence and social impact communication

Accommodation, Food & Travel

✈️ Please enquire about your Erasmus+ traineeship grant at the international office of your home university to support your living costs during the internship

🏙️ You will be based in Lisbon, one of Europe’s most vibrant, creative, and affordable capital cities

💼 This is a full-time, on-site internship at the ImpacTrip office in Lisbon — no financial compensation is provided beyond your Erasmus+ grant

🇪🇸 Internship in Spain 🧑‍🏫 German Teacher Assistant at Vocational School in La Palma 🇪🇸

Training & Learning

🌍 You will gain hands-on experience in social media content creation, video production, and digital storytelling within a purpose-driven international organisation

📈 You will develop your skills in short-form video, visual communication, and impact-focused campaign management

🤝 You will work closely with a passionate team committed to combining travel with positive social and environmental impact

Participant Profile

🎓 You are a current student or recent graduate in Communications, Media, Journalism, or a related field

💚 You have a genuine interest in social impact, sustainability, and responsible travel

🎨 You have basic skills in video editing, photography, or graphic design

📱 You are familiar with social media platforms and current digital content trends

🗣️ You have good English communication skills — additional languages are a plus

💡 You are proactive, organised, creative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced purpose-driven environment
