๐ About the Training
This Erasmus+ Training Course will take place in Nuremberg, Germany ๐ฉ๐ช and is designed for newcomers who want to plan and implement Youth Exchanges within the Erasmus+ Youth programme.
The training will be held entirely in German. All participants must therefore be fluent in German.
Youth Exchanges allow young people from different European countries to work together on a shared topic, exchange ideas, learn from each other, and develop new competences. This introductory training supports participants step by step โ from the first idea to completing the funding application.

โจ Objectives, philosophy, and priorities of Erasmus+ Youth with focus on Youth Exchanges
โจ How to develop ideas and design meaningful youth exchange programmes
โจ The role of non-formal learning, active participation, and intercultural learning
โจ Creating a cost and financing plan
โจ Practical tips for Erasmus+ Youth application procedures
โจ Identifying intercultural challenges and common pitfalls
Participants will work in small teams to practise and reflect on all key planning elements of a Youth Exchange.
The seminar is highly practice-oriented and based on non-formal learning principles, treating the group as a core resource for learning and exchange.
